These terms govern the use of the contractLoop platform by processQ.io GmbH. The sections below are a placeholder structure.
§ 1 Scope
These terms apply to all contracts between processQ.io GmbH ("Provider") and its customers regarding use of the contractLoop software-as-a-service platform.
§ 2 Subject matter
The Provider makes the platform available for contract creation, approval, signature, and management as a cloud or on-premise solution. The specific scope follows from the chosen plan.
§ 3 Formation & term

Targeted availability is 99.9% on an annual average. Service-level details are governed by the applicable SLA.
