Tamper-proof audit trail
Every event goes into a cryptographically chained ledger, and completed documents into immutable storage. Read access is logged as well.
Data protection built in
Personal data fields are classified and masked by role, and documents can be erased irreversibly by destroying their keys. Our pseudonymization finds personal data in German free text, with no cloud involved.
A separate database for every tenant
Tenants are separated by their own databases and their own identity realms. Users sign in through your existing identity provider.
Extensible with plugins
E-signature, storage, directory or your own system: integrations are standalone plugins with a clear contract. They show up in the process designer as building blocks, with their own configuration and their own store per tenant.
